After many dedicated years of service, our beloved Executive Director, Sue Fleming, is retiring. Sue has been an integral part of the Recreation Council’s journey, and while we’ll  miss her deeply, we’re thrilled for her to enjoy this well-deserved next chapter.

The Board of Directors of the Recreation Council is pleased to announce that, following a thorough search process, Mindy Davis has been selected as the next Executive Director, succeeding Sue Fleming upon her upcoming retirement. Mindy has been a dedicated member of the Recreation Council team for the past seven years, supporting individuals with disabilities and their families in St. Louis City. Her deep knowledge of our mission, strong community connections, and proven leadership make her well-suited to guide the Recreation Council into its next chapter.
