Ride to Unite

Cycle St. Louis has changed it’s name to Ride to Unite (RTU), which better reflects its goals and activities. Our ambition of Cycling Without Limits aligns perfectly with Leisure Without Limits, the vision our parent organization, the Recreation Council. RTU volunteers, together with local partners, will continue to create cycling opportunities for children and adults with disabilities in the St. Louis area. These efforts include providing access to adapted cycles, communications about a variety of cycling resources, and facilitating opportunities for individuals to participate in organized rides. Ride to Unite is a group of nonprofit organizations and individuals who come together to create cycling opportunities for children and adults of all abilities in the St. Louis Metro area. RIDE TO UNITE at the Gateway Cup – CANCELLED

Dear Ride to Unite Program Supporters, Friends and Gateway Cup Participants: The Ride Unite (RTU) volunteer team has made the very difficult decision to retire the RTU at the Gateway Cup, which means there will not be a ride on September 5, 2026 at Francis Park. After talking with many of our partners, who serve individuals with disabilities, we have decided to refocus our limited resources to better serve our primary audience. The great news is RTU will continue to have a presence at the Gateway Cup Races, including some new riding opportunities. Please stay tuned for more information. We thank you all for many years of support and hope our new direction will have an even greater impact for individuals with disabilities. See you at the Gateway Cup Labor Day Weekend.
