The camp experience at Sunnyhill benefits those that attend long after they leave our wilderness retreat. Sunnyhill On the Road Adventures is a program that gives adults, 18 years and older, the opportunity to take short road trips with the support of our Sunnyhill Adventure staff.

Some activities for each trip are planned in advance. Others are suggested by staff, but many are chosen by the group to allow them to personalize their adventure. In some instances not all activities listed for a destination will be utilized.

I Can Ride Bike Camp

Lydia Cox I Can Ride Bike Camp

The Lydia Faith Cox Family Foundation values people by recognizing individual uniqueness and celebrating diversity. We focus on abilities rather than disabilities, as we work for the highest level of success for each camp participant. There are many factors that contribute to success: attendance, numbers served, percentage of children who can ride a 2 -wheel bike independently at the conclusion of camp and parent/guardian program feedback. On average, 80% of our camp participants can ride a typical two-wheel bike independently by the end of our 5-day program.
