Lite Tennis DEMO
at Adapted Pickleball Night

Join us on Adapted Pickleball Night for a demo of LITE TENNIS, a simplified tennis game played on a pickleball court. People of all abilities can play both Pickleball and Lite Tennis. Bring your own tennis racket if you want to try your hand at Lite Tennis.  Pickleball rackets and balls are provided for those who want to play pickleball.  This event is for EVERYONE! Bring your friends who want to learn about these fun racket sports. No registration needed.


Introducing Lite Tennis 

Come learn this new and user-friendly racquet sport combining tennis and pickleball. Lite Tennis is played with a soft, quiet specially designed and engineered foam ball that is hit with a tennis racquet on a Pickleball / Lite Tennis court. Scoring is simplified and it’s easy to learn. Instructor, Leo Estopare, will share the joy of this game with people of all ages, all abilities, and all skill levels. Event is open to ALL! We have one court for new tennis players and another court for the more experienced tennis players.  Space is limited. FLYER

SCAVENGER HUNT AND NATURE DAY FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. 

SAVE THE DATE: The MO Department of Conservation and the Recreation Council are partnering to provide an afternoon of outdoor nature fun. Registration and more details are coming soon.

Location: Tower Grove Park

This is a specialized event for people with disabilities and their caregivers. We will be outdoors the entire afternoon, with shady areas available.
